全面流程管理在消毒供应室的应用

Application of Total Process Management in Sterile Supplies Department

目的应用全面流程管理,改进并再造消毒供应室工作流程,保证消毒供应质量,提高科内工作人员及临床科室的满意度。方法将采用全面流程管理前科室工作情况作为对照组,采用全面流程管理后作为观察组,根据流程管理理论对消毒供应室的工作程序进行流程设计、实施、再造,加强过程管理和质量持续改进;对两组工作量、工作质量、科内工作人员及临床科室的满意率进行对比分析。结果实施全面流程管理后与实施前比较,科室工作质量和工作效率明显提高,科内工作人员及临床科室的满意率分别提高了25.82%和34.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消毒供应室管理引入流程管理理论更新了管理思路,改进并优化了工作流程,促进了消毒供应质量及科室管理质量的提高。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of the application of total process management in sterile supplies department.METHODS According to whether or not application of total process management in sterile supplies department,the observation group（application） and the control group（no application） were divided.The observation group made to design and reforge process according to the theory of process management.Then the quantity and quality of sterile supplies,and the satisfaction rates of staff and hospital clients of the two groups were analyzed.RESULTS The quantity and quality of sterile supplies,and the satisfaction rates of staff and hospital clients compared with before and after total process management were with very significant differences（P〈0.01）.The observation group was significantly better than the control group.CONCLUSIONS Total process management can improve the quantity and quality of sterile supplies,and promote management effect of sterile supplies department.
