综合干预住院患者抗菌药物使用管理的研究

Integrated Intervention and Management of Antibacterial Drugs Use for Inpatients:Survey and Analysis

目的对住院患者使用抗菌药物进行综合干预,使医院抗菌药物使用更加合理。方法制定住院患者抗菌药物使用管理制度、抗菌药物使用分线管理、抗菌药物使用审批、专家处方点评、质管科进行日常监督检查和奖惩结合等。结果综合干预后抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物费用比及药品费用比由2005年的55.30%、30.00%、38.15%降到2008年的53.40%、24.20%、35.75%,差异有统计学意义。结论对住院患者抗菌药物的使用进行综合干预,降低了抗菌药物使用率和抗菌药物费用,减轻了患者的经济负担,提高了医疗质量。

OBJECTIVE To make the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital more reasonable through integrated intervention and management.METHODS Some integrated interventions had been made such as establishing the system of antibacterial drugs using for clinics,setting up a quality monitoring team,commenting on prescriptions,establishing a corresponding system for reward and punishment and so on.RESULTS After adopted the integrated intervention,the usage rate of antibacterial drugs,the antibacterial drugs cost,and the entire drug outcome had reduced from 55.30%,30.00%,and 38.15% in 2004 to 53.40%,24.20%,and 35.75% in 2008,respectively.All of the data had significant differences.CONCLUSIONS Applying the integrated intervention to manage the antibacterial drugs use in inpatients can reduce the usage rate of antibacterial drugs and the antibacterial drugs cost,lighten the patient′s economic burden and promote the quality of medical care.
