再生医疗器械实施集中管理的程序及其体会

Centralized Management Procedures for Recycled Medical Devices and Our Experience

目的集中管理再生医疗器械。方法认真执行再生医疗器械的操作规程,严格进行回收、分类、包装、灭菌、发放,监测各环节的质量管理。结果通过对再生医疗器械10年的使用和管理,保证临床工作顺利进行,供应室工作人员无利器损伤发生。结论供应室实施对全院再生医疗器械实施集中管理模式,可以提高护理人力资源的使用率和护理质量,有助于完善医院护理人员的职业防护,降低医院感染风险。

OBJECTIVE To study the centralized management of recycled medical equipment.METHODS The operation procedures for recycled medical devices,and the quality management for their recovery,sorting,packaging,sterilization,distribution,and monitoring were earnestly implemented.RESULTS After 10-years use and management of these recycled was strictly conducted to protect the staff from sharp iujures.CONCLUSIONS The centralized management by supply room for the hospital-wide medical devices.can improve the utilization of the nursing resources,and quality of care,in favor of professional protection among nursing staff and reducing the risk of nosocomial infection.
