摘要
总结分析了虎门大桥钢桥面铺装病害特点和维修历程,开展了通过提高铺装材料模量补强正交异性桥面板刚度的维修方案研究,总结介绍了TAF环氧沥青混凝土铺装维修方案的内容和施工要点。对钢桥面铺装维修工程通车1年的情况进行了跟踪观测,检查情况表明维修铺装工程整体表现优良。
The distress characters and repair history of Humen Bridge steel deck pavement are analyzed and summarized. The repair scheme is studied based on strengthening of stiffness of the orthotropit bridge deck though increasing the modulus of pavement materials. The scheme of TAF epoxy asphalt mixture and construction key points is introduced. The repair project of Humen Bridge steel deck pavement performs well after near one year opened to traffic.
