A Study on Damage Behavior of Limestone Rock Under Impulse Loads

摘要 利用中国矿业大学(北京)霍普金森压杆实验室的Ф50mm SHPB实验装置系统,对石灰岩岩石试件进行了冲击实验。根据SHPB实验的实验技术及一维应力波理论,子弹的长度决定应力波的波长、子弹速度决定应力波的振幅。不同应力波波长或不同应力波振幅,对岩石损伤所产生的影响不同。应力波波幅值在67.2~102.7MPa范围时,应力波幅值越大,试件受到的损伤越大;在应力波波幅相近情况下,波长较长的应力波会对试件造成较大的冲击损伤,且应力波波长与损伤成一定的指数函数关系。 The compact test to limestone sample is implemented by the 450 mm SHPB experimental device system in the laboratory of Hopkinson pressure bar in China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). The damage of the limestone under the effect of the stress wave is studied. According to the SHPB experimental technique and one-dimensional stress wave theory, the length of the bullet determines the wavelength of the stress wave, bullet speed determines the amplitude of stress waves. Different stress wave length or a different stress amplitude on the rock damage makes the different effects. When stresswave amplitude ranged 67.2 to 102.7 MPa, the greater the stress-wave amplitude is, the greater the specimen would be damaged. Under the similar stress wave amplitudeis, the stress wave of the longer wavelength would cause greater impact damage, and stress wave length and injury is as a function of a certain index.
