摘要
本文旨在探讨英汉语乏词义结构中宾语成分的特征及该结构显现的认知理据。研究表明,英语乏词义结构中充任宾语的事件名词是名词的边缘成员,而汉语乏词义结构中充当宾语的自主动词是动词的边缘成员。促使乏词义结构显现的认知理据主要包括两个:总体扫描的推动和语义原型的吸引。
This paper is intended to explore not only the feature of the object of the English and Chinese delexieal structure, but also the cognitive motivations of these structures. The analysis demonstrates that the eventive noun serving as object in the English delexical structure is a peripheral member of noun whereas the volitional verb acting as object in the Chinese delexical structure is a peripheral member of verb. Furthermore, delexical structures are motivated by two factors ： the promotion of summary scanning and the attraction of semantic prototype.
