文拉法辛缓释片联合心理辅导治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效观察

Effect of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with psychological counseling on patients with post stroke depression

目的:观察文拉法辛缓释片联合心理辅导治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的疗效。方法:将PSD患者64例随机分为治疗组34例、对照组30例。两组患者均经神经内科常规药物治疗,包括降颅内压,控制血压、血糖,营养脑细胞等,同时给予相同的肢体功能康复治疗。治疗组加服文拉法辛缓释片,75mg/d,请心理医生对患者进行心理辅导。评定两组患者的临床疗效,观察患者治疗前后的抑郁情况、日常生活能力和运动功能,并进行比较。结果:治疗组显效率、有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗组日常生活能力和运动功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:文拉法辛缓释片辅以心理辅导治疗PSD可明显提高康复疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with psychological counseling on patients with post stroke depression（PSD）.Methods：Patients with PSD（64 cases） were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group（34 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Both groups were treated with neurological routine drugs,intending to reduce intracranial pressure,control blood pressure and blood glucose,and nourish neurons.Also,all patients received rehabilitation treatment to restore their limb function.Besides that,the patients in treatment group were also treated with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets（75 mg/d） combined with psychological counseling.Series of index were evaluated to compare the treating effects of two groups,including the clinical curative effect,depressed situation,activities of daily living and motor function of two groups.Results：The treating effect of treatment group is markedly superior to control group（P0.05）.The HAMD scores were significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group（P0.05）.Activities of daily living and motor function of patients in treatment group were better than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with psychological counseling could significantly improve the curative effect of rehabilitation treatment in patients with PSD.
