摘要
根据核电工程对混凝土的要求和所确定的原材料,采用聚羧酸系高性能减水剂配制了高性能混凝土。减水剂的标准检验及工程配合比验证结果表明:通过在合成出的新型聚羧酸系减水剂中复配适当的增稠和消泡剂能有效地解决减水剂在工程中的适应性问题,配制出满足设计要求的混凝土。
Based on the requirements and materials of nuclear power plant,a polycarboxylate superplasticizer was application to produce high performance concrete.The experiment results of superplasticizer test and mix showed that the compatibility problems between superplasticizer and hydraulic cementing materials in construction was solved and qualified concrete was produced by a new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesised,compounding a suitable thicken agnet and a antifoaming agent.
