摘要
目的观察某种改进型正压医用防护头罩对病毒气溶胶的防护效果。方法采用人工发生噬菌体气溶胶和仪器采样法,对该正压医用头罩防护密闭试验柜内噬菌体气溶胶的效果进行了检测。结果该正压医用防护头罩对暴露于试验柜内颗粒质量中值直径约为1.627μm的噬菌体气溶胶粒子防护效率达到99.98%以上。结论该改进型正压医用头罩对病毒气溶胶的防护效果较好。
Objective To observe the protective effect of an improved type of positive pressure powered air-filter protective hood against viral aerosol. Methods Artificial phage aerosol generation and sampler sampling were used to determine the protective efficiency of the positive pressure powered air-filter protective hood in the exposure tank. Results The protective efficiency of the respirator against phage aerosol particles with a mass median diameter of 1.627μm surpassed 99.98%. Conclusion This improved positive pressure respirator provides a relatively high efficiency against viral aerosol.
