一种甘氨酸盐消毒液杀菌效果观察

THE OBSERVATION ON THE BACTERICIDAL EFFECT OF A GLYCINE SALT DISINFECTANT

目的观察一种以二辛基甘氨酸盐为主要杀菌成分的消毒液杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒液进行了实验室检测。结果以含20g/L二辛基甘氨酸盐的该消毒液作用10min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。以相同浓度的该消毒液对物体表面作擦拭消毒并作用5min,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。该消毒液原液经54℃放置14d后,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭效果无变化。结论以二辛基甘氨酸盐为杀菌成分的该消毒液对细菌繁殖体具有良好的杀菌效果,储存性能稳定。

Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a kind of disinfectant with dioctyl glycine salt. Methods Suspension quantitative bactericidal test was performed to observe the the germicidal effect of this disinfectant in laboratory. Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to disinfectant containing 20 g/L dioctyl glycine salt for 10 min were 5.00. The average killing logarithm values of natural bacteria by wiping the object surface with disinfection containing 20 g/L dioctyl glycine salt for 5 min were 5.00. After stored for 14 d,54℃,the germicidal effect of this disinfection on Staphylococcus aureus did not change. Conclusion This kind of disinfectant containing dioctyl glycine salt has good bactericidal effect and good stability.
