黄柏洗消剂的安全性试验观察

STUDY ON THE SAFETY OF THE COMPOUND SOLUTION OF CORTEX PHELLODENDRI

目的观察黄柏洗消剂的急性毒性、皮肤刺激性和阴道黏膜刺激性,为其安全使用提供实验依据。方法通过动物试验方法,对该洗消剂使用安全性进行评价。结果该黄柏洗消剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5000mg/kg(体重)。该洗消剂原液对家兔皮肤一次刺激试验未见皮肤红斑和水肿,皮肤刺激指数为0;对家兔阴道黏膜刺激试验肉眼观察未见黏膜组织有红斑和水肿,病理组织学检查可见试验组与对照组家兔的阴道黏膜的上皮细胞扁平化、有少量白细胞浸润和轻微血管充血,两组无明显差异。结论黄柏洗消剂的急性经口毒性属实际无毒级,一次皮肤刺激和阴道黏膜刺激强度均为无刺激性。

Objective To observe the acute toxicity,dermal irritation and vaginal mucosa irritation of the compound solution of cortex phellodendri and provide experimental evidence for its safety use. Methods Animal experiments were performed to evaluate the safty of this compound solution. Results The mouse acute toxicity test for the compound solution of ccortex phellodendri indicated that the oral LD50 5000 mg/kg·bw. No erythema and edema were found on the rabbit＇s skin in dermal irritation test. In vaginal mucosa irritation test,no hyperemia and edema were seen in the vaginal mucosa of rabbits with naked eye,and there was no significantly difference between the pathology features of the experimental group and that of control group. Conclusion The compound solution of cortex phellodendri has no acute oral toxicity actually,and has no dermal irritation and vaginal mucosa irritation.
