摘要
试验采用2×2因子设计研究不同的畜舍饲养环境温度和饲喂方式对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻率的影响。选用21日龄杜×长×大断奶仔猪240头,随机分配到4个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10头猪。畜舍饲养温度处理的2个水平分别为28-30℃高温组和23-25℃低温组;饲喂方式处理的2个水平分别为自由采食组和定时饲喂组。结果表明:高温组(28-30℃)仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和饲料增重比都极显著高于低温组(23-25℃)(P〈0.01)。高温组的腹泻率显著低于低温组(P〈0.05)。无论在高温还是低温饲养条件下,定时饲喂组与自由采食组相比仔猪的ADG、ADFI、FCR和腹泻率都无显著差异;饲养温度和饲喂方式之间无互作效应。
Effects of feeding mode and room temperature on performances was studied in a 2×2 factorial feeding trial,with 23-25℃ or 28-30℃ in room temperature and ad libitum or feeding six times per day as the factors.240 weanling crossbred piglets(21-day-old) were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates each group and 10 piglets each replicate/pen.The experiment lasted 14 days.Results showed that room temperature of 28-30℃ improved significantly ADG,ADFI,FCR(P〈 0.01)and reduced diarrhea rate.Neither ad libitum nor feeding six times per day improved ADG,ADFI and FCR,but feeding six times per day reduced diarrhea frequency of weanling piglets.No interaction was observed between room temperature and feeding mode.
