历史档案情报效用的主要衡量指标是知识发现难易度、需求量、可获取性和使用效果。历史档案情报效用表现为一种社会效用,并通过政治效用、经济效用、文化效用三个方面实现。
Main measure indexes of information effectiveness in historical archives are the difficulty of knowledge discovery,demand,accessibility and effects.Information effectiveness of historical archives presents as a kind of social utility,and achieves through three dimensions of political,economic,and cultural utility.
