《清实录》史料来源探微

档案材料是清历朝实录纂修的主要依据。实录馆借助政府权力,在史料征集方面享有诸多便利,平时不对外开放的内阁大库、皇史宬及中央与地方各级官署的文书档案资料,实录馆官员都有权调阅。大量一手档案资料的采用,极大地提高了《清实录》的史料价值。
