摘要
本实验用原位杂交结合图像分析的方法对28例脑膜瘤中v-sis和c-myc的mRNA表述状况进行了定性、定位、定量研究。结果表明:v-sis和c-mycmRNA在脑膜瘤中的高表达率分别为28.6%和46.4%,说明它们的表达增高在脑膜瘤中都有一定作用。相关分析发现,两种癌基因的mRNA表达只在纤维细胞型脑膜瘤(FM)中呈正相关,说明v-sis和c-myc协同表达在FM中具有特异性作用,也说明各组织分型的脑膜瘤在发生发展中具有一定的遗传异质性。
Using in situ hybridzation and image analysis methods, we studied the mRNA expredon of v-sis and c-myc in 28 meningiomas about the nature, the position and quantity. The results showed that the overexpression rates of v-sis and c-myc were 28. 6 % and 46. 4% respectively, suggesting that their overexpression plays a certain role in meningiomas. The correlation analysis showed that the mRNA expression between v-sis and cmyc presented poSitive correlation only in fibroblastic mening iomas(FM), but no such correlation in other subtypes of meningiomas. This indicate that the cooperation expression of v-sis and c-myc has specific effect on FM. This also indicate that there is a certain genetic heterogeneity in initiation and development of all kinds of histological subtypes of meningiomas.
