摘要
针对新设计的120t不锈钢AOD转炉进行热应力仿真分析,运用国际通用的主流CAE前处理软件HyperMesh完成CAE模型的前处理,之后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS先后完成转炉系统工作时的温度场和热应力仿真分析。最后再次运用HyperMesh对仿真分析结果进行后处理。得出120t不锈钢AOD转炉工作时的热应力特征数据,具体分析结果用于指导设计实施和生产维护。
Thermal stress simulation analysis is carried out on the newly designed 120 t stainless steel AOD converter. Firstly pretreatment is made on the CAE model with the main stream CAE software HyperMesh universally adopted over the world and then analysis conducted on the temperature field and thermal stress simulation of the converter system in operation using the finite element analysis software ANSYS and finally post treatment made on the results of the simulation analysis with the software HyperMesh once more. In this way the characteristic data of thermal stress for the 120 t stainless steel AOD converter in operation is obtained and the result of the specific analysis is beneficial to implementation of the design and production maintenance.
