管线钢精炼深脱硫技术研究

Study on deep desulfurization technology in refining to pipeline steel

摘要 通过对管线钢深脱硫剂的实验室研究,确立了石灰配加铝粉的深脱硫剂最佳配比方案;通过不同工艺路线对比分析,确立了最终管线钢生产工艺路线。结合该工艺路线对深脱硫剂的使用进行工业化验证试验,并对使用深脱硫剂后的共熔渣系流动点进行检测,确保了在正常脱硫温度下炉渣的流动性。初步实现了管线钢深脱硫后w(S)<0.0010%、脱硫率大于80%的脱硫目标。 By the laboratory research on the deep desulphurizer for pipeline steel, an optimal ingredient scheme, namely lime blended with aluminize powder is established. Through analysis of different process routes the final pipeline steel production route is determined in this plant. The industrialization verification experiment on the usage of the deep desulohurizer is carried out in connection with the final production route and then the flowing point of the congruent melting slag system is detected after using the deep desulphurizer so as to guarantee the good fluidity of the slag system at the normal desulphurization temperature. The aim of desulfurization smaller than 0. 00100/60 and the desulfurization rate larger than 800//00 is achieved preliminarily.
