A Discussion on the Practice of Tutorial System Among Undergraduates

国内本科生导师制实施效果不容乐观。借鉴牛津和哈佛大学导师制成功的经验,可以从条件准备、导师定位、考核方式三个方面来提高实施效果。条件准备包括明晰导师制宗旨、导师培训、制定监督措施等。导师定位则应从本科生导师与研究生导师、班主任、辅导员的职责关系中加于界定。导师考核方面应考虑如何促进导师之间的交流以及在人才培养方面的合作等。

The undergraduate tutorial system in China has not been as effective as is expected.The successful practice in Oxford University and Harvard University shows that the system can work better with sufficient preparation,distinct positioning of the tutors and reasonable evaluation of the tutoring work.The three aspects respectively contain some more specific items.
