The Quality Control of Engineering Undergraduates' Graduation Project:Problems and Strategies

目前高校工科本科生毕业设计质量存在课题滥竽充数,理论脱离实际,部分师生心态浮躁、缺乏科学精神等问题。要提高工科本科生毕业设计质量可采取强化师资力量、结合就业需求、实施分类指导、改进考核方式、建立激励机制等措施。

Engineering students must complete their project design in their graduation year.There exist some problems in the quality control of the graduation project design.The present paper analyzes some key factors affecting the quality of the graduation project designs and puts forward some strategies such as strengthening the teachers＇ competence,connecting the projects with employment demands,providing relevant guidance in accordance with the different sorts of projects,improving the assessment,and establishing an incentive mechanism.
