The complication of laser in situ keratomileusis and its management

摘要 目的:探讨LASIK手术并发症及其处理方法。方法:应用准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(excimerlaserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)治疗近视928只眼。结果:术中主要并发症有薄角膜瓣、不完全角膜瓣、游离角膜瓣、角膜瓣偏离中心、层间异物残留、角膜瓣皱褶和结膜下出血等;术后主要并发症有眩光、欠矫或过矫、最佳矫正视力下降、角膜瓣异位、角膜瓣边缘瘢痕及角膜中心色素沉着等。结论:对手术技术的熟练掌握及有效地处理出现的各种并发症是保证手术成功的关键。 To explore the complication of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) and its management,LASIK was performed on 928 myopic eyes.The complications during the operation mainly included thin flap,incomplete flap,free flap,decentral flap,foreign body in the interface,flap wrinkle and subconjunctival hemorrhage etc ;the main postoperative complications were halos,under or overcorrection,decrease in best corrected visual acuity,flap movement,flap edge scar and pigmentation in central cornea We could draw a conclusion that the key to success of LASIK was that doctors should be familiar with surgical technique and could handle complications effectively
