运用非相关文献知识发现方法挖掘疾病的潜在相关基因 被引量:5

摘要 基于非相关文献的知识发现有开放式挖掘和闭合式验证两个过程。先应用开放式的非相关文献知识发现方法寻找与先天性全身多毛症(CGH)相关的潜在候选基因,再应用闭合式方法进行验证和初筛,最后使用Gene、OMIM及PubMed数据库对初筛后保留的基因进一步分析研究,发现CGH可能与位于常染色体17q的潜在MAP2K6基因相关。实践证明,应用非相关文献知识发现方法可用于挖掘疾病的潜在基因。 Non-literature related knowledge discovery includes two processes, namely open mining and closed identification. Potential candidate genes related with congenital generalized hypertrichosis (CGH) were searched from Gene, OMIM and PubMed databases with open non- literature related knowledge discovery methods, then iden- tiffed and screened with closed methods, and finally analyzed. The results showed that CGM might be related with the potential MAP2K6 gene at chromosome 17q,indicating that non-literature related knowledge discovery method can mine the potential genes of diseases.
