摘要
分析了当前图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题和现代化图书馆对人才的素质要求,提出了图书馆人力资源的科学管理方法。
The scientific management methods of human resources in libraries were proposed based on an analy- sis of the problems in management of library human resources and the requirements of librarian professional quality in modem libraries.
