经络针刺结合耳针治疗失眠40例

Auricular Acupuncture Treatment of Insomnia of 80 Cases

目的观察经络针刺配合耳针治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将80例入选病例随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例,对照组口服舒乐安定,治疗组采用经络针刺加耳针治疗(体针取穴:百会、神庭、本神、四神聪、神门、安眠;耳针取穴:心、脾、肾、神门、交感、皮质下等)。每日1次,6次为1个疗程,休息1d后开始下1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。然后观察两组患者治疗疗效。结果治疗后对照组总有效率为67.5%,治疗组总有效率为97.5%,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论辨证运用针刺加耳穴治疗失眠临床疗效显著,简便易行,副作用小,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe Auricular Acupuncture treatment of insomnia clinical efficacy. Methods 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into control for treatment group of 40 patients,in the control group was treated with estazolam,treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus Auricular therapy （body acupuncture acupoints： Bai hui,Shen ting,Ben shen,Si shen cong,Shen men,An mian; ear acupoints： heart,spleen,kidney,Shen men,Sympathetic,Subcortical,etc. ）. once a day,6 times for a course of treatment and rest after 1day,under a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment. Then patients were observed therapy. Results After treatment,the control group,the total effective rate was 67. 5% ,treatment group,the total effective rate was 97. 5% ,compared with the control group were significantly different （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Differential Treatment of insomnia using acupuncture plus ear point is significant,simple, little side effects,should be widely used.
