健脾清化方对干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎疗效的影响

The Effect of Jianpi Qinghua Prescription in Combination with Interferon-alpha and Ribavirin in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis C

目的评价健脾清化方对干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎疗效的影响。方法48例慢性丙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组24例,治以健脾清化方,3g/次,口服,2次/d;重组人IFNα-1b(运德素),5mU,肌汪,隔日1次;利巴韦林800～1200mg/d,口服,联合治疗48周。对照组24例,予重组人IFNα-2b(运德素),5MU,肌汪,隔日1次;利巴韦林800～1200mg/d,口服,联合治疗48周。动态观察、比较治疗组与对照组的临床疗效及副作用。结果治疗组与对照组比较,血清ALT及肝纤维化指标恢复水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者耐受性更好。结论健脾清化方在保肝降酶、减轻不良反应、抗肝纤维化方对干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎患者具有良好的影响。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of Jianpi Qinghua Prescription in combination with interfereon-alpha and ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. Methods Forty-eight cases with chronic heaptits C randomly divided into 2 groups：24 patients was is treatment group,24 patients was in control group. In treatment group,Jianpi Qinghua Prescription was given orally,3 grams per time,2 times each day,interferon-alpha 1b was given intramuscularly,5 mU per time,every other day,ribavirin was given orally,800 ～ 1200mg each day. In control group,interferon-alpha 1b was given intramuscularly,5 mU per time,every other day,ribavirin was given orally,800 ～ 1200mg each day. The courses of 2 groups were 48 weeeks. Results More recovery of serum ALT and heaptic fibrosis index（HA,PCIII,C-IV,LN）,less adverse reactions and more tolerant were observed in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusion Jianpi Qinghua Prescription can effectively improve the liver function,side effects and heaptic fibrosis index on the antiviral treatment of interferon-alpha and ribavirin in chronic heaptits C.
