后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术19例报告

19 Cases of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Ureterolithotomy

目的：探讨后腹腔镜下输尿管上段切开取石术的疗效和临床意义。方法：对治疗输尿管上段结石19例,采用后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术。结果：19例手术均获成功,无1例中转开放手术,结石完全清除,3~8天拔除引流管,术后5~10天出院。结论：后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术,疗效好,痛苦少,恢复快,值得推广。

Objective： to discuss the curative effect and clinic significance of the laparoscopy set when it is used for upper segmental ureterolithotomy. Methods： 19 Patients who have upper segmental coneretion have been accepted during Oct. All cases were diagnosed with Bultrasound. All cases were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Results： All operations were successful. The drain volume was minimal; the drain was removed 3-8 days after surgery. Patients were discharged 5-10 days after surgery. Conclusions： Retroperitoneal laparoseopic ureterolithotomy has the advantage of quick recovery and little pain. It can be widely applied in clinical practice.
