某院妇科病房五年住院患者前五位良性疾病构成动态分析

Dynamic Analysis of the Top Five Benign Diseases in Gynecological Department during Five Years

目的：研究某院妇科2005-2009年住院患者多发疾病病种变化情况。方法：回顾5年间的所有住院病案,按年度统计出各种疾病住院患者的数量,找出这五年中每年住院患者数量排在前五位的疾病病种进行顺位排序。结果：前五位的疾病病种共涉及六个病种,包括子宫肌瘤、异位妊娠、卵巢良性肿瘤、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、子宫脱垂。结论：疾病病种基本稳定,五年来无明显动态变化。

Objective： Analyze the changes of frequently-occurred diseases among gynecological inpatients in our hospital during the period from 2005 to 2009. Methods： Looking back on gynaecology department during 2005 to 2009, all the five-year＇s hospital medical record, according to the annual statistics of various diseases, to identify the sequence of hospitalized patients each year during the past five years to sort out the top five diseases. Results： From 2005 to 2009, the number of hospitalized patients in Gynaecology in our hospital per year is among the top five diseases, involving six diseases, including uterine fibroids, ectopic pregnancy, benign ovarian tumor, endometriosis, uterine glandmuscle disease, uterine prolapse. Conclusion： From 2005 to 2009, inpatients with multiple diseases in Gynaecology in our hospital was basically remain stable. During the five years, there is no significant dynamic change.
