椎动脉型颈椎病两种疗效观察

Comparison of the Effects of Two Nerve Block in Patients with Vertebrobasilar Syndrome

目的:比较和评价两种方法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:70例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组35例。组Ⅰ行星状神经节阻滞术(SGB),组Ⅱ行枕大神经阻滞术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者年龄及治疗前症状与体征无统计学差异。两组疗效在治疗6周后有效率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:星状神经阻滞术治疗效果优于枕大神经阻滞术。

Objective： To compare the effects of two different therapies on vertebrobasilar syndrome. Methods： 70 patients with vertebrobasilar syndrome were randomly assigned to two groups： group of stellate ganglion block （group Ⅰ,n=35） and group of greater occipital nerve block （group Ⅱ,n=35）. The effects of two groups were evaluated. Results： There were no significant differences between two groups in symptoms、signs and ages before treatment. There were significant differences （P〈0.05） in the good rates between groupⅠand group Ⅱin three months after treatment. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of SGB was higher than that of greater occipital nerve block.
