沙丁胺醇和布地奈得联合雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效观察及护理

Efficacy and Nursing of Salbutamol and Budesonide on Children with Bronchial Asthma Via Ultrasonic Nebulizer Inhalation

目的:探讨联合雾化吸入沙丁胺醇和布地奈得辅助治疗小儿哮喘的治疗效果与护理。方法:将82例哮喘轻、中期患儿按先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组,各组41例,两组均给予常规平喘,抗感染及对症治疗。治疗组在此基础上雾化吸入沙丁胺醇和布地奈得溶液。结果:治疗组显效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入沙丁胺醇和布地奈得治疗小儿哮喘疗效好,且安全,方便,经济。同时建立了一种较为合理的临床雾化吸入护理方法。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and nursing of salbutamol and budesonide on children with bronchial asthma via ultrasonic nebulizer inhalation. Methods： 82 cases of children with bronchial asthma in slight and middle stage were divided into two groups, the treated group and control group. Each group consisted of 41 cases and received the measures of normal pingchuan drugs, anti-infections and problem-Oriented treatment. The treated group received additional treatment of salbutamol and budesonide via ultrasonic nebulizer inhalation. Results： There was a better improvement on asthma via ultrasonic nebulizer inhalation in the treated group. Conclusion： salbutamol and budesonide are benefitial to bronchial asthma of children via ultrasonic mist spray treatment, which is safe, convenient and economical. In the meantime, the more reasonable nursing way about clinical nebulizer inhalation has been established.
