摘要
目的:探讨病毒性脑炎患儿发热、昏迷、惊厥的护理要点。方法:回顾分析对62例病毒性脑炎患儿的整体化护理。结果:50例治愈,5例好转,2例放弃治疗,2例死亡,出现有明显后遗症者3例,其中脑萎缩1例,继发性癫痫2例。结论:病毒性脑炎患儿的疗效取决于及时诊治和高质量的护理。
Objective： Aim To investigate the nursing highlight of viral encephalitis patients. Methods： Retrospective analysis of whole nurse of 62 cases viral encephalitis patients. Results： 50 cases were cured, 5 cases were improved, 2 cases gave up treatment and 3 cases had obvious sequelae （1 case had encephalatrophy and 2 cases had epilepsy）. Conclusion： The curative effect of viral encephalitis patients was due to the timely diagnosis and cure and high-quantity nurse.
