我院开展药学咨询服务的回顾性分析

A Retrospective Analysis of Drug Consultation Service in Our Hospital

目的:提高药学服务质量,增强患者用药的依从性,减少药物不良反应,促进合理用药。方法:采用回顾性调查方法对我院2009年收集到的90例药学咨询登记,从咨询者的身份情况、咨询内容两方面进行统计和分析。结果:90例药学咨询登记中,患者84例,占93.34%;医生4例,占4.44%;护士2例,占2.22%。90例药学咨询登记中,药品购买30例,占33.33%,居首位,这与我院是四川省省直机关医院的性质有关;药理作用17例,占18.89%,居次位;用法用量15例,占16.67%,居第三位。结论:药学咨询服务的持续开展,对未来临床合理用药具有重大意义。

Objective：To improve the quality of drug service and patient compliance, reduce drug adverse reaction and result in rational use of drugs. Methods： Statistically analyzed ninety drug consultations which were collected from our hospital in 2009 by the retrospective investigation, in the aspects of consultant profiles and contents. Results： 84 were patents （93.34%）, 4 were physicians （4.44%）, 2 were nurses （2.22%）. Drug purchasing （30, 33.33%） was on the top, pharmacology was the second （17,18.89%）, administration and dosage were the third （15, 16.67%）. Conclusion： The continuous improvement of drug consultation service is meaningful to the rational use of drugs in the future.
