围绝经期妇女更年期症状与心率变异性的关系

Relation of postmenopausal symptoms and heart rate variability in perimenopausal women

目的探讨围绝经期妇女更年期症状与心率变异性的关系。方法５６例围绝经期妇女依血清Ｅ２、ＦＳＨ水平分为低激素组（３１例）和对照组（２５例），进行２４小时动态心电图检查及心率变异性分析，并与Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍａｎ评分比较。结果与对照组相比，低激素组在症状评分、ＳＤＡＮＮ、日间ＨＦ、ＬＦ／ＨＦ（Ｐ＜０．０１），在ＳＤＮＮ、ＲＭＳＳＤ、２４小时ＨＦ、睡眠ＨＦ（Ｐ＜０．０５）差异均有显著性，在三角指数差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＳＤＮＮ、ＳＤＡＮＮ、２４小时ＨＦ和２４小时ＬＦ／ＨＦ均与Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍａｎ总分、潮热出汗评分呈显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论心率变异性可早期发现围绝经期妇女自主神经失衡。

Objective To assess the relation of postmenopausal symptoms and heart rate variability(HRV) in perimenopausal women.Methods Time domain and spectral domain HRV analysis were performed in 56 cases of perimenopausal women and compared with Kupperman scores.Patients were divided into 2 groups depending on their serum estrogen and FSH levels.There were 31 cases in low estrogen group and 25 cases as control group.ZResults Reduction in HRV occurred in patients of low estrogen group.SDNNSDANN24 hour HF and LF/HF were correlated with Kupperman scores. Conclusion HRV may be an index of imbalance of autonomic control on perimenopausal women.
