摘要
目的报告QT离散度及其相关指标的年龄性别差异。方法记录504例健康成人的体表12导联同步心电图,按性别分组,男性250例,女性254例;按年龄分组:18~29岁组128例,30~39岁组128例,40~49例组121例,50~60岁组127例;比较QT离散度及其相关指标的年龄、性别差异。结果1.男性各参数离散度大于女性:QTd、QRSd、OQTd、JTd、Tp-Ted、JTpd、QTpd,男性分别为48±13、30±11、18±6、51±18、58±15、52±18、43±16ms,而女性分别为42±12、28±10、16±6、46±14、55±17、46±19、39±17ms。2.男性RR间期、QRS间期(861±116、87±7ms)大于女性(823±128、79±7ms),而女性QTc、JT间期(410±30、291±22ms)大于男性(399±22、281±24ms)。3.各年龄组QTd、QT差异无显著性。4.最长QT间期多出现在V2(51%)、V3(39%)、V4(25%)导联,最短QT间期多出现在aVL(40%)、VI(35%)、I(16%)导联。结论1.男性除极、复极离散度(QRSd、QTd、?
Objective To report the gender and age differences of QT
dispersion and other relative indexes. MethodsThe 12lead simultaneous ECGs of 504 healthy
adults(M:250;F:254;1829 age group:128;3039 age group:128;4049 age group:121;5060 age
group:127) were studied.The QT dispersion and other relative indexes in different age and sex
groups were measured and compared. Results 1.QTdQTcdQRSdOQTdJTdTpTedJTpdQTpd of
males are 4813511430111865118581552184316 ms and of females are
4212471428101664614551746193917 ms,respectively.2.RRQRS intervals of males are

differences in different age groups.4.The longest QT interval is usually at V2V3V4 lead.The

repolarization dispersion of males are bigger than that of females.The repolarization time of
females are longer than that of males.2.The QTd does not show a significant correlation with
