摘要
目的 探讨2％Lugol液染色对早期食管癌的诊断价值。方法对在内镜检查中发现的58例可疑食管粘膜病灶进行经内镜2％Lugol液染色。结果58例可疑食管粘膜病灶经染色后活检证实为早期食管癌37例，其中鳞癌31例，腺癌6例；内镜下诊断为粘膜癌13例，粘膜下层癌24例；手术后病理证实为粘膜癌20例，粘膜下层癌17例，内镜与手术后病理检查符合率为75．68％。同时对5例早期食管癌行内镜下治疗。结论经内镜Lugol液染色对早期食管癌诊断具有一定的价值。
Objective To disscuss the value of Lugol liquid staining in diagnosing early esophague cancer. Methods 2% Lugol liquid staining is done through endoscopy to 58 cases with doubtfulfocus of infection in esophageal mucosa found by means of endoscopy. Results 37 out of the 58 casesproved to be early esophague cancer by biopsy of the stained doubtful focus of infection in esophagealmucosa, among which squamous cancer 31 cases, adenoid cancer 6 cases. By means of endoscopy, 13cases were diagnosed as mucosal cancer, 24 as low layer mucosal cancer. Pathology after operationproved that 20 cases are rnucosal cancer, 17 low layer mucosal cancer. The consistent rate between endoscopy and pathological diagnosis after operation is 78. 35. Conclusion Endoscopy diagnosis with Lugol hiquid staining has certain value in diagnosing early esophague cancer.[
