摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将136例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,两组患者均给予常规基础治疗:低脂饮食、注意休息,口服硝酸异山梨脂、肠溶阿斯匹林和酒石酸美托洛尔,静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参注射液。观察组在此基础上加服通心络胶囊4粒/次,3次/d。对照组则给予肌苷0.2g,3次/d口服。两组均以4周为1个疗程。观察两组用药前后患者症状、心电图的改变,检测血液流变学和血脂指标的变化。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心电图改善明显优于对照组(P<0.001);观察组血液流变学指标和血脂指标均比对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,明显改善心电图、血液流变学和血脂指标,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating angina petoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=68）and control group（n=68）,Both groups were given routine treatment,Tongxinluo capsule were taken orally in observation group in addition,after a treatment course of four weeks,the changes of symptoms,ECG and index of hemorheology and blood fat were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was superior than that in control group.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has a good effect on treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
