摘要
骨髓不仅是各种血细胞的发源地,骨髓也具有很多重要的生理功能,也是许多有毒物质毒性作用的敏感靶器官。但是,在药物临床前安全评价研究中,由于技术上的原因限制了对骨髓毒性的研究,为此,改进了传统的大鼠骨髓涂片法,能够更加容易地观察细胞形态及分类计数的变化,促进了对骨髓毒性的研究和评价。
