正常妊娠和妊高征胎盘中血管内皮生长因子的表达及其意义 被引量:10

Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Placenta in Normal Pregnancy and Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

摘要 目的 观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在妊高征(PIH) 胎盘中的变化。 方法 用免疫组织化学法,检测20 例正常妊娠胎盘( 对照组)和23 例妊高征胎盘( 妊高征组) 中VEGF的水平。 结果VEGF在正常妊娠胎盘和妊高征胎盘中分布基本一致,分布在滋养细胞、血管及绒毛间质。在妊高征组VEGF为轻度表达占79-2% ,无重度表达;而在对照组VEGF 轻度表达占25% ,中度表达占45% ,重度表达占30 % 。妊高征组中VEGF表达明显低于对照组( P< 0.01)。 结论 妊高征胎盘中VEGF的减少可能与胎盘血管生成减少及胎盘滋养叶细胞侵入异常有关,在妊高征发病中占有一定的地位。 Objective To investigate the change of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in placenta from patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH). Methods The expression of VEGF in 20 placentas from normal pregnancy (normal group)and 23 placentas from PIH(PIH group)is detected by imnunohistochemistry. Results The distribution of VEGF in placenta of normal group is similar to that of PIH group.They all are found in villous trophoblast,villous blood vessels and villous strome.VEGF is light expressed mostly in placenta of PIH group,about 79.2% and there is no strong expression.In normal placenta light expression is only 25%,the moderate is 45% and strong is 30%.The level of VEGF was significantly lower in PIH group than that in normal group( P <0.01). Conclusion The decrease of VEGF in placenta from PIH may be related to inadequete blood vessel formation and the abnormal invasions of trophoblast and may play a role in the cause of PIH.
