摘要
目的探讨生活饮用水中氟化物的测定方法及缓冲溶液的浓度。方法用氟离子选择电极法,取10.0ml水样加10.0ml缓冲溶液,插入电极搅拌时读取平衡电位值,采用SPSS for Windows处理数据。结果方法能满足生活饮用水标准GB/T5749-2006的要求,平均回收率为99.4%,相对标准偏差为0.37%-1.70%。结论该方法操作简单快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠。
[Objective]To investigate the method and the buffer solution concentration in determining fluoride in drinking water.[Methods]Fluoride Ion Selective Electrode was adopted.The electrode was inserted into the mixture of 10.0 ml water and 10.0 ml buffer solution to find out the equilibrium potential,the data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows.[Results]The method could meet the requirement of GB/T 5749-2006,the average recovery rate was 99.4%,and relative standard deviation was 0.37%~1.70%.[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid,with high sensitivity and reproducibility,and accurate and reliable results.
