摘要
目的探讨连云港推行食盐碘化(USI)政策防治碘缺乏症的效果及碘盐对新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症发病率的影响。方法根据连云港市新生儿筛查资料和碘缺乏症(IDD)监测资料,分析该市对人群碘营养状况科学调整策略实施前后新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症发生情况。结果2009年新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症发病率(1/2555)较2008年(1/1435)有显著性下降(P<0.05)。结论该市食盐碘化(USI)国策在防治IDD功不可没,但应控制人群的碘营养状况在尿碘中位数(MUI)100～200μg/L安全范围内。
[Objectives]To explore the effect of Universal Salt Iodization（USI）on control of iodine deficiency disorders and influence of iodized salt on the incidence of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism in Lianyungang city.[Methods]According to date of neonatal screening and Iodine Deficiency Disorders（IDD）monitoring,the incidence of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism before and after implementation of adjustment strategy on people iodine nutritional status were analyzed.[Results]The incidence of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism in 2009（1/2555）was lower than that in 2008（1/1435）significantly（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The strategy of USI had obvious effect on IDD control,and people iodine nutritional status should be controlled in the safe range,which the Median Urinary Iodine（MUI）is within 100~200 μg/L.
