Assessment on Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in A Construction Project of Radial Ply Tyre in A Tire Manufacturing Enterprise

目的对某轮胎制造公司新建子午线轮胎项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,为劳动者创造符合国家职业卫生要求的工作环境,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供技术依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查结合职业病危害因素监测检验进行评价。结果现场检测结果符合卫生标准,职业病危害控制措施有效。结论该项目是可行的。

[Objective]To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in a radial ply tyre manufacture project of a tire manufacturing enterprise,to provide satisfactory working conditions for workers and the technical basis for construction project approval conducted by health administrative departments.[Methods]Methods of the spot occupational health investigation and occupational risk factors detection were applied to perform the assessment.[Results]Field test results meet the hygiene standards.The occupational hazards control measures were effective.[Conclusion]The construction is feasible.
