酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Ketotifen Combined with Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets in the Treatment of Cough Induced by Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的观察酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选临床诊断为上呼吸道感染经常规抗感染、止咳治疗后咳嗽症状不能减轻的60例分为3组,A组采用酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗,B组采用抗生素治疗,C组(A+B)组联合治疗,疗程共7～10d,观察3组疗效。结果A组有效率达85.0%,B组有效率达55.0%,C组有效率达90.0%。结论酮替芬联合茶碱缓释片治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽,临床疗效显著,明显改善咳嗽症状。

[Objectives]To observe the efficacy of ketotifen combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection.[Methods]60 patients diagnosed as upper respiratory tract infection whose cough can not be relieve by treatment of anti-infection and relieving cough were divided into three groups,group A was treated by ketotifen combined with theophylline sustained release tablets,group B was treated with antibiotics,and group C was given the combination treatment of A and B group.After a course of treatment（7~10 days）,the efficacy of three groups was observed.[Results]The effective rate of group A,B and C was 85.0%,55.0% and 90.0%,respectively.[Conclusion]Ketotifen combined with theophylline sustained release tablets has significant curative effect in the treatment of cough induced by upper respiratory tract infection,and can relieve cough symptoms obviously.
