鹿瓜多肽对强直性脊柱炎病情的改善作用

Evaluation on short-term efficacy of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

目的采用鹿瓜多肽注射液（cervus and cucumis polypeptid einjection，CCPI）治疗强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）并进行为期3周的临床观察，以评价其对AS病情的改善作用和安全性。方法住院治疗的AS患者108例随机分为实验组和对照组各54例，对照组采用非甾体类抗炎药（NSAIDs）和来氟米特（leflunomide，LEF）治疗，实验组则在此基础上给予CCPI治疗，疗程共3周，观察腰背痛、腰背晨僵时间、巴斯脊柱炎活动指数（BASDAI）、巴斯脊柱炎功能指数（BASFI）、ESR和CRP等指标的变化及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗3周与入组时比较，腰背痛发生率明显下降，腰背部晨僵时间显著减短，BASDAI和BASFI评分明显改善，炎性指标ESR和CRP显著下降，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；经治疗3周两组间比较，腰背痛发生率、腰背部晨僵时间、BASDAI、BASFI、ESR和CRP，实验组较对照组均有显著改善。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不良反应主要以胃肠道反应为主，有个别皮疹发生，两组间差异无统计学意义。结论CCPI用于治疗AS有病情改善作用，且不良反应较轻，可作为AS的辅助治疗药物。

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection（CCPI） in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods 108 patients with AS were randomized into two groups ：54 patients took NSAIDs and leflunomide（LEF） （control group）, and 54 patients were treated with NSAIDs, LEF and CCPI （test group）. The treatment was lasted for three weeks. The observation included the prevalence of low back pain, time of morning stiffness, Bath AS disease activity index （ BASDAI ）, Bath AS functional index（BASFI） ,ESR,C-reactive protein（CRP） and side effects. SPSS16. 0 statistics software was used to analyze the data. Results After treatment for three weeks, the prevalence of low back pain, the time of morn- ing stiffness, BASDAI, BASFI, ESR and CRP were significantly lower than those at administration（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there were no table differences between the two groups too, （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Gastrointestinal symptoms were the main side effects, but there were no significance between the two groups. Conclusion CCPI is an effective med- icine in the treatment of AS, which could modify the disease activities, and its side effect is mild. It is suggested that CCPI can be used as an adjuvant medication in the treatment of AS.
