泪道吻合器在暴力伤致泪小管断离手术治疗中的应用

观察自主研发专利产品泪道吻合器治疗暴力伤致泪小管断离的临床价值。对89例泪道吻合器植入术，术后8周无吻合器提前脱落，87例冲洗泪道通畅，无角膜上皮擦伤及泪小点移位、裂伤，手术成功率97．752％。泪道吻合器植入简单，最大限度减轻患者术中术后痛苦，美观，安全有效。

Observation of self-developed patented products lacrimal duct anastomosis for treatment of injuries caused by violence, breaking away from the canalicular clinical value. 89 cases of lacrimal stapled im- plantation and after 8 weeks in advance without stapling off,87 patients with unobstructed lacrimal irrigation, no corneal epithelial abrasion ,and tear small point shift, laceration, surgical success rate is the rate of 97. 752%. Lacrimal duct implant stapler simple, to maximize the patient to reduce intraoperative and postoperative pain, artistic, safe and effective.
