紫外线照射联合紫草煎服治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of ultraviolet radiation treatment of pityriasis rosea in combination with shikonin.

目的：观察紫外线照射联合紫草煎服治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法：治疗组口服紫草15～25g，每日一剂煎水分三次服,10d；4／一疗程，两疗程后观察疗效。紫外线照射隔日照1次，10次为一疗程。对照组紫外线照射方法同治疗组。结果：治疗2个疗程后，治疗组有效率为91．58％，对照组有效率为70．59％，有统计学差异。结论：采用紫外线照射联合紫草煎服治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效确切，安全方便。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultraviolet radiation treatment ofpityriasis rosea in combination with shikonin. Methods The patients in the study take Shikonin of a total dose of 15 - 25g with a daily one dose in three suits for 10 days and take the ultraviolet therapy one time per two days for 10 times, the efficacy will be observed aider two treatment course. The control group take the same ultraviolet therapy. Results The results showed in the study group and in the control group after two treatment course, the response rate was 91.58% and 70.59%, respectively. There was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ultraviolet radiation treatment in combination with shikonin is effective, safe and convenient in the treatment of pityriasis rosea efficacy.
