间变性大细胞淋巴瘤一例并文献复习

摘要 目的巩固对间变性大细胞淋巴瘤（ALCL）的定义、诊断、临床表现及治疗、预后的认识。方法对1例ALCL患者的临床表现、实验室、影像学检查及治疗进行回顾。结果通过对文献资料的复习，进一步学习和巩固了ALCL的定义、诊断、临床表现和相关治疗及进展，预后相关因素。结论ALCL是一种具有特殊免疫表型和临床特点的非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL），治疗方案尚无统一，间变性淋巴瘤激酶（ALK）为最重要预后影响因素。
