摘要
目的:探讨血清中基质金属蛋白酶-2(Matrix Metalloproteinases-2,MMP-2)及其抑制因子(Tissue inhibitor of metallop roteinase 2,TIMP-2)与心房颤动(房颤)患者心功能、左房内径的关系。方法:选择49例持续性(持续时间大于7d)房颤患者和47例窦性心律患者,分为房颤组和窦律组。采用ELISA测定两组血清MMP-2、TIMP-2水平,并用彩超测量两组患者左房内径的大小。结果:(1)房颤组血清MMP-2水平明显高于窦律组(P<0.05),且与左房内径大小呈直线正相关关系(r=0.345,P<0.05)。TIMP-2水平在房颤组与窦律组间无差异(P>0.05)。(2)房颤组患者左房内径水平明显高于窦律组(P<0.01)。结论:房颤组患者的MMP-2水平较窦律组高,且随心功能恶化而升高,可能是导致持续性房颤患者左心房内径扩大的原因之一。
Objiective:To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2) and atrial fibrillation,also to investigate the relationship between MMP-2,cardiac function and left atria diameter of patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:49 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were included in the atrial fibrillation groups,and 47 patients with sinus rhythm were selected in the control group,the serum concentration of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were measured with ELISA.The size of left atria diameter were detected with Doppler Ultrasonic cardiogram.Results:(1) The level of MMP-2 in atrial fibrillation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05),there was a positive correlation between left atria diameter and serum MMP-2 levels in the atrial fibrillation group(r=0.345,P0.05).The level of the serum TIMP-2 showed no difference between the atrial fibrillation group and the control group(P0.05).(2) The size of left atria diameter in atrial fibrillation group was significant higher than that in the control group(P0.01).Conclusions:The levels of serum MMP-2 increased in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation,both rose with severity of chronic heart failure.Rising of MMP-2 levels is one of the reason that left atria enlarged in persistent atrial fibrillation.
