黄芪总黄酮的改良提取方法

Improved Extraction of Total Flavonoids of Astragalus

目的:研究黄芪总黄酮(Total Flavonoids of Astragalus,TFA)的分离纯化方法。方法:以分析纯芦丁为标准,在260nm波长处检测黄芪粗提物、乙酸乙酯改良萃取法提取物和聚酰胺静态吸附法提取物的TFA含量。结果与结论:乙酸乙酯改良萃取法提取物中TFA含量高达71.7%,而聚酰胺静态吸附法提取物中TFA含量为28.3%。

Objective：To obtain the best separation and purification method of the total flavonoids of astragalus（TFA）.Methods： The contents of TFA in astragalus crude extract and improved ethyl acetate extract as well as adsorptive process extract were quantified by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 260nm,using analytical pure rutoside as a standard.Results and Conclusion： The TFA content was 71.7% in the improved ethyl acetate extract and was only 28.3% in the static polyamide adsorptive process extract.
