摘要
例1男，25岁，因全身反复水肿7年，咳嗽、咳痰、发热2个月于1998年12月29日入院。患者既往因肾病综合征口服泼尼松7年，入院前2个月开始咳嗽、咳脓痰、左侧胸痛、发热。WBC计数为29．2×10^9／L，中性粒细胞（N）为0．91，淋巴细胞（L）为0．058，胸部x线片表现为左肺多发结节状影，左侧胸腔积液。胸腔穿刺抽出脓液，培养出星形奴卡菌。给予红霉素、头孢氨噻肟、
