摘要
用强酸性阳离子交换树脂(干氢型)作为催化剂,以植物甾醇和油酸为原料直接酯化合成植物甾醇油酸酯。运用单因素实验和正交实验设计方法对该制备工艺进行优化。优化后的工艺为:反应温度(T)135℃,反应时间(t)8h,树脂催化剂用量(Cwt)11%(相对植物甾醇质量),甾醇与油酸的摩尔比(n)为1:1.5。该条件下,甾醇的转化率为94.90%。整个工艺流程简洁,"三废"排放少,催化剂可重复使用,具有很好的工业化应用前景。
Esterification of phytosterols with oleic acid catalyzed by Cation Exchange Resin was studied.And the optimal reaction conditions were selected by condition of single factor and experiments of orthogonalization.The optimized conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 135 ℃,reaction time 8 h,resin catalyst 11%(weight of phytosterols) and molar ratio of phytosterols to oleic acid 1:1.5.Under the optimized conditions,the conversion rate reached 94.90%.This process is simple,friendly environmentally and the catalyst can be reused.So,such technic has good prospects for industrial application.
