摘要
以新疆恰玛古为原料,采用微波乙醇萃取技术提取生物类黄酮,研究乙醇浓度、料液比、微波功率和萃取时间4因素对生物类黄酮含量的影响,进行响应面试验设计分析。以类黄酮含量为指标,通过响应面法对提取工艺条件进行优化,最终确定微波乙醇萃取法提取类黄酮的最优条件为:乙醇浓度为72%,料液比1:12,微波功率435W,萃取时间80s,在此条件下恰玛古的类黄酮含量为0.6368g/100g。
Response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to predict optimum conditions for microwave and ethanol extraction of flavonoid from Qiamagu.The ethanol concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,microwave power and extraction time of extraction process were investigated.The optimized conditions were as follows:72% ethanol concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:12,435 W and 80 s.According to validation experiment,flavonoid extract yield capacity in the Qiamagu was 0.6368 g/100 g under the predicted optimum conditions.
