摘要
基于腹泻性贝毒(DSP)中大田软海绵酸(OA)能够抑制磷酸酶活力的特点,建立了一种利用磷酸酶活力变化检测贝类中大田软海绵酸的快速方法。结果表明:应用抑制磷酸酶法对腹泻性贝类毒素检测,具有检测限低(定性检测限和定量检测限分别为30.3μg/kg和70.3μg/kg),与HPLC和小鼠生物试验法相一致的优点,对于监控海产食品中腹泻性贝类毒素具有重要的现实意义。
A method based on phosphatase enzyme activity inhibition for the detection of diarrhetic shellfish poison(DSP) was used to analyze the okadaic acid in shellfish collected from dalian sea waters.This experiment has compared the results from phosphatase inhibition assay using homemade kit,HPLC and mouse biological method for detection of OA content in shellfish.The results indicated that three methods were identical extremely.The phosphatase inhibition assay had lower LOD(30.3 μg/kg) and LOQ(70.3 μg/kg) than that of others,good repeatability and reappearance,and good compliance.The established method was exactly fit for detecting shellfish poison rapidly and had significant meaning for monitoring DSP in seafood.
